Date Night

Happy Sunday everyone!

The only reason I am happy it is Sunday is because I'm off from school and only have 2 exams left (which is taken place this Saturday).  But anyways, for those of you who are still in school, no worries you're almost done! So hang in there!

I just wanted to talk about my Saturday night! Lately Jay and I decided that it is time to treat ourselves to treats here and there.  So we decided that every Saturday night, we would try to go out to different restaurants.  So far we've done Kelsey's, Tucket's Marketplace, Mandarin, Casey's and much others! Last night we decided to go to East Side Mario's!

I think it is great for couples (regardless how long you've been together), to try different things once in a while.  Because we are both extremely exhausted from school and work, we have yet to fit in adventurous activities into our schedule, but for now, going out and having dinner differences places is good enough for me.

If there is one thing I love about Jay, its that he shares a love for food just like me! We will eat anything and everything, as long as it is editable and there are no pickles or olives… weird how we both dislike the same foods.

Here are a few pictures from last night! I have also included the price of each item just in case you are interested in trying them!

Enjoy!

Cesar salad that came with the dinner! unlimited!
Mario's Nacho for $11.99
Topped with salsa, blend cheese, black olives, green onions and fresh, made-in-house bruschetta.
Mario's 16 Layer Lasagna for $18.99
Layer upon layer of lasagna noodles, stuffed with ground beef, sausage and three cheeses, then baked and topped with beef bolognese sauce and pizza mozzarella.
Mario's Chicken Parmigiana for $18.99
A giant seasoned chicken breast, coated with herbed breadcrumbs, topped with napolitana sauce and baked with pizza mozzarella.  Served with Penne Napolitana.
Click HERE if you are interested in seeing their menu if you are considering of going there to eat out! I personally loved it! We chose a booth, and it was honestly just more enclosed and with less distraction.

Hope you're all enjoying your weekend!
